Shipping Policy

Shipping of the products shall be done within 3 to 5 working days only once the order is received on the website. Unique products will require 7 to 8 working days and the same shall be mentioned on the product description. Once the product is ready to be shipped, a separate email shall be sent to the customer along with the details to track the shippment from our logistical partners.

We use different logisitcal partners covering pan India.

The shipping is done free of cost to the customers.

SPV Arhcya reserves the rights to change the shipping policies as needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products having manufacturing defects can be returned within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Parcel opening video is compulsory to claim damages and returns. Hence it is necessary for the customers to make a unboxing video of the product once received.
The customer shall bear the shipping costs of the goods that are to be returned for a refund

Refunds will be initiated after the claims are found satisfactory and archya.in's decision is final.

All disputes are subjected to mutual settlements and are restricted to Bangalore Jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on the website can be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order.

Orders can't be cancelled once the order is shipped.

The amount shall be refunded back after deducting the payment gateway (For ex: Razor pay) charges.
